The Spark

Aleks Tsymbal had a vision: bring authentic wood-fired pizza directly to people, wherever they gather.

9 Months

Building the Oven

Nine months of hands-on work went into designing and building our custom wood-fired oven — crafted to perfection.

2017

Echa Pizza is Born

The fire truck rolled out for its first event, and Echa Pizza officially hit the road. The rest is history.
